Frustration is the first step…

I’ve learned much about the value of stillness and resting, contentment and peace since I wrote the below five years ago and while an avid runner. I believe though that this still has value for certain stages of life and can be healthy if not taken to extreme:

…pace, distance and form as a runner. It’s only when I face frustration and use it to fuel my dedication that I feel myself moving forwards.” – John Bingham

Great motivator: “It’s only when I face frustration and use it to fuel my dedication that I feel myself moving forwards.”

There is a ‘healthy’ frustration.  Cultivate it.
